Showroom Sales Coordinator - Williston, VT

We are looking for an energetic, positive and engaged individual to be the Showroom Sales Coordinator to assist the Showroom Manager with sales and customer interaction as well as handle the administrative duties associated with Showroom Sales.


  • Greet and assist customers as necessary to back up Sales Manager
  • Work with customers directly for purchasing of product that meets their individual tastes and requirements
  • Process orders as developed by Sales Manager and Customers
  • Process orders and change orders received via email or phone
  • Check Data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Assist Sales Manager with Job Quotes/Bids process
  • Schedule Showroom appointments for walk-ins and calls received
  • Place special order POs as necessary
  • Follow up with customers and prospects on open quotes and bids

Project Estimator – Commercial and Residential Markets - Williston, Montpelier & White River Junction, VT

Position Category:  Exempt

Assist branch managers and sales team with job take offs and quoting for PHVAC/R projects for commercial and residential applications. This includes hydronic and warm air systems.

  • Perform job/drawing take offs to identify the required bill of material that meets required specification for a given job or project utilizing various heat loss/gain software packages
  • Optimize heating and cooling system design utilizing various software packages
  • Working with selected vendors identify product costs and develop quotes from the identified bill of materials for a given project using established pricing guidelines
  • As required, issue quote to the customer with speed and accuracy
  • Assist in technically challenging and/or alternative material quotes
  • Utilize existing internal quote system (SHIMs)
  • Drive follow up on quotations and ensure win/loss information is captured within system
  • Develop meaningful relationships with target customers and visit them as required
  • Track hit rates and reasons for win/loss
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • At least 3 years of PHVACR industry experience
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of taking initiative
  • Demonstrate the ability to tactfully handle difficult situations
  • Anticipate problems and provide contingency plans and recommendations
  • Maintain proficiency in using PC programs, SHIMS system and other software and equipment
  • Demonstrate a professional image to customers and vendors
  • High levels of organization and multi-tasking ability is essential
  • Must possess a high level of customer service for internal and external customers

Branch Manager – Montpelier, VT

We are recruiting for a proven leader to take our Montpelier, VT branch to the next level. A strong track record growing sales and profits at a branch is required. Managing branch inventory, problem solving and selling into the P/HVACR space is essential. Product, application and market knowledge is critical to success as is a strong customer service orientation.

In this role the Branch Manager will collaborate closely with branch personnel, sales, corporate marketing and supply chain teams as well as other Branch Managers located throughout Vermont and New York.

Sales Route Driver – Williston, VT

Blodgett Supply is seeking an experienced route driver. Our fleet vehicles are late model 24' box trucks and do not require a CDL. The ability to handle this size vehicle throughout Vermont's seasons with a variety of road conditions is required. Our Route Drivers deliver directly to job sites, both urban and rural, as well as contractor warehouses. Driver responsibilities include picking orders, loading trucks, unloading trucks at job sites, maintaining a truck manifest while representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
